They drift along in the worlds' oceans at a depth of 2,000 metres -- more than a mile deep -- constantly monitoring the temperature, salinity, pressure and velocity of the upper oceans.
Then, about once every 10 days, a bladder on the outside of these buoys inflates and raises them slowly to the surface gathering data about each strata of seawater they pass through. After an upward journey of nearly six hours, the Argo monitors bob on the waves while an onboard transmitter sends their information to a satellite that in turn retransmits it to several land-based research computers where it may be accessed by anyone who wishes to see it.
These 3,000 yellow sentinels --about the size and shape of a large fence post -- free-float the world's oceans, season in and season out, surfacing between 30 and 40 times a year, disgorging their findings, then submerging again for another fact-finding voyage.

When they were first deployed in 2003, the Argos were hailed for their ability to collect information on ocean conditions more precisely, at more places and greater depths and in more conditions than ever before. No longer would scientists have to rely on measurements mostly at the surface from older scientific buoys or inconsistent shipboard monitors.
So why are some scientists now beginning to question the buoys' findings? Because in five years, the little blighters have failed to detect any global warming. They are not reinforcing the scientific orthodoxy of the day, namely that man is causing the planet to warm dangerously. They are not proving the predetermined conclusions of their human masters. Therefore they,and not their masters' hypotheses, must be wrong.

What Would Jesus Do? Observe Easter or Passover?

For millions of people Easter Sunday is the most important religious holiday of the year. But if Jesus walked the dusty roads of Galilee today, would He observe Easter?
Each spring the excitement of Easter fills the air. Many churches prepare special Easter programs about the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. At home mothers color eggs, and parents hide the brightly colored symbols of Easter around the house and lawn so that, come Easter morning, their children can excitedly hunt for them.
Stuffed Easter bunnies and chocolate rabbits are seen everywhere in the weeks leading up to this major religious observance. Then there are the Easter sunrise services, where churchgoers gather to hear about Jesus' resurrection and honor that miraculous event by watching the sun come up in the east.
But what do colored eggs and the Easter Bunny have to do with Jesus Christ's resurrection? How did these seemingly irreligious symbols come to be associated with that event?
Can we find any historical or biblical record of Jesus or His disciples observing Easter or teaching parents and children to dye eggs and display bunnies on this holiday? Did Jesus or His apostles instruct any of His followers to meet to honor His resurrection at sunrise on Easter Sunday—or at any other time, for that matter?
If Easter was not sanctioned by Jesus or instituted by His apostles, then where did Easter come from? In other words, if Jesus were living among us as a flesh-and-blood human being, would He celebrate Easter or encourage others to do so?
Answers to these questions are readily available. Some may take a little research, but they become clear when we look into history and the Bible.
The apostles' record on Easter
As surprising as this may sound, nowhere in the New Testament can you find any reference to Easter. In the King James Version of the Bible (in Acts 12:4) you do find the word Easter, but it is a blatantly erroneous mistranslation that has been corrected in virtually every other Bible translation.
The original Greek word there is pascha, correctly translated as "Passover" in virtually every modern version of the Bible everywhere it appears in the Scriptures. It refers to the biblical Passover originally instituted when God freed the Israelites from slavery in Egypt (Exodus 12:1-14).
The original apostles, from the inception of the New Testament Church to near the end of the first century, when the apostle John died, left absolutely no record of observing Easter or teaching others to do so. From Jesus to John, not one of the apostles gave even the slightest hint of celebrating or advocating the observance of what we know today as Easter Sunday.
However, that doesn't mean the early Church did not hold to specific religious observances. The apostle Paul, some 25 years after Jesus' death and resurrection, plainly told members of the church at Corinth that they should continue to observe the Passover as Christ commanded.
Paul wrote: "For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, 'Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.' In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, 'This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.'
"For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes. Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord" (1 Corinthians 11:23-27).
Paul was concerned that the Church members in Corinth observe the Passover in the right way, with reverence and proper comprehension of its meaning.
The writings of Paul and of Luke, his traveling companion and author of the book of Acts, regularly mention keeping the weekly Sabbath day and the biblical festivals listed in Leviticus 23. But Easter is conspicuously absent (1 Corinthians 5:6-8; 16:8; Acts 2:1-4; 13:42, 44; 17:1-3; 18:4; 20:6, 16).
Since Easter wasn't introduced by Jesus or the apostles, where did it come from, and how did it come to be such an accepted part of traditional Christianity?
The origin of Easter
It's not that difficult to trace the surprising origins of Easter and what it really represents. Many scholarly works show that Easter is a pre-Christian religious holiday, one that was created and developed long before Jesus' time and carried forward to the modern era through such empires as Babylon, Persia, Greece and finally Rome.
Vine's Complete Expository Dictionary of Old and New Testament Words notes: "The term 'Easter' is not of Christian origin. It is another form of Astarte, one of the titles of the Chaldean [Babylonian] goddess, the queen of heaven. The festival of Pasch [Passover] held by Christians in post-apostolic times was a continuation of the Jewish feast . . . From this Pasch the pagan festival of 'Easter' was quite distinct and was introduced into the apostate Western religion, as part of the attempt to adapt pagan festivals to Christianity" (W.E. Vine, 1985, "Easter").
Alexander Hislop, in his book The Two Babylons (1959), explores the origins of Easter. He discovered that a form of Easter was kept in many nations, not necessarily only those that professed Christianity: "What means the term Easter itself? . . . It bears its Chaldean origin on its very forehead. Easter is nothing else than Astarte, one of the titles of Beltis, the queen of heaven, whose name, as pronounced by the people of Nineveh, was . . . Ishtar" (p. 103).
Easter and the practices associated with it can be traced back to various pagan rituals. Hislop explains that "the forty days' abstinence of Lent was directly borrowed from the worshippers of the Babylonian goddess" (p. 104). In Egypt a similar 40-day period of abstinence "was held expressly in commemoration of Adonis or Osiris, the great mediatorial god" (p. 105).
A pre-Christian spring festival
How, then, did 40 days' abstinence come to be associated with a resurrection? Hislop continues: "Among the pagans this Lent seems to have been an indispensable preliminary to the great annual festival in commemoration of the death and resurrection of Tammuz, which was celebrated by alternate weeping and rejoicing" (p. 105).
Tammuz was a chief Babylonian deity and husband of the goddess Ishtar. Worship of Tammuz was so widespread in ancient times that it even spread into Jerusalem. In Ezekiel 8:12-18 God describes that worship and callsit an abomination—something repugnant and disgusting to Him.
The Babylonians held a great festival every spring to celebrate Tammuz's death and supposed resurrection many centuries before Christ walked the earth (see "The Resurrection Connection" on page 18). Hislop comprehensively documents evidence showing that Easter's origins precede the modern Christian holiday by more than 2,000 years!
Hislop cites the fifth-century writings of Cassianus, a Catholic monk of Marseilles, France, on the subject of Easter's being a pagan custom rather than a New Testament observance. "It ought to be known," the monk stated, "that the observance of the forty days [i.e., the observance of Lent] had no existence, so long as the perfection of that primitive Church remained inviolate" (p. 104).
Sir James Frazer describes Easter ceremonies entering into the established church: "When we reflect how often the Church has skillfully contrived to plant the seeds of the new faith on the old stock of paganism, we may surmise that the Easter celebration of the dead and risen Christ was grafted upon a similar celebration of the dead and risen Adonis [the Greek name for Tammuz], which . . . was celebrated in Syria at the same season" (The Golden Bough, 1993, p. 345).
Why eggs and rabbits?
What about other customs associated with Easter? One Catholic writer explains how eggs and rabbits came to be connected with Easter. You will quickly notice an absence of any link or reference to the Holy Bible when it comes to these rituals:
"The egg has become a popular Easter symbol. Creation myths of many ancient peoples center in a cosmogenic egg from which the universe is born. In ancient Egypt and Persia friends exchanged decorated eggs at the spring equinox, the beginning of their New Year.
"These eggs were a symbol of fertility for them because the coming forth of a live creature from an egg was so surprising to people of ancient times. Christians of the Near East adopted this tradition, and the Easter egg became a religious symbol. It represented the tomb from which Jesus came forth to new life" (Greg Dues, Catholic Customs and Traditions, 1992, p. 101; emphasis added throughout).
Like eggs, rabbits came to be linked with Easter because they were potent symbols associated with ancient fertility rites. "Little children are usually told that the Easter eggs are brought by the Easter Bunny. Rabbits are part of pre-Christian fertility symbolism because of their reputation to reproduce rapidly. The Easter Bunny has never had a religious meaning" (p. 102).
Honest Bible scholars freely admit that Jesus never sanctioned this pre-Christian holiday, nor did His apostles. In the centuries to follow among those who called themselves Christian, Easter eventually supplanted the Passover, the biblical ceremony Jesus and the apostle Paul told Christians to observe.
This came to a head with the Emperor Constantine and the Council of Nicaea—almost three centuries after Jesus was killed and rose again.
Says The Encyclopaedia Britannica: "A final settlement of the dispute [over whether and when to observe Easter or Passover] was one among the other reasons which led Constantine to summon the council of Nicaea in 325 . . . The decision of the council was unanimous that Easter was to be kept on Sunday, and on the same Sunday throughout the world, and 'that none should hereafter follow the blindness of the Jews'" (11th edition, pp. 828-829, "Easter").
Constantine 's decision was a fateful turning point for Christianity. Those who remained faithful to the instruction of Jesus and the apostles would be outcasts, a small and persecuted minority (John 15:18-20). A vastly different set of beliefs and practices—recycled from ancient pre-Christian religions but dressed in a Christian cloak—would take hold among the majority.
What would Jesus do?
Since Easter (with all the pagan symbols that have come with it) was adopted by the Catholic Church centuries after Christ's ascension, should Christians observe this holiday and encourage others to do so?
To answer that question, let's go back to the title of this article, "Would Jesus Christ Celebrate Easter?"
He certainly could have told us to. So could the apostles, whose teaching and doctrine are preserved for us in the book of Acts and the epistles written by Paul, Peter, James, Jude and John. But nowhere do we find a hint of support for Easter or anything remotely resembling it. What we do find, as pointed out earlier, is clear instruction from Jesus and Paul to keep the Passover and other biblical—and truly Christian—observances.
Holy Scripture does not support this pre-Christian holiday and, in fact, condemns such celebrations. Because Scripture condemns pagan practices and the worship of false gods (Deuteronomy 12:29-32), we know that God the Father and Jesus His Son have no interest in Easter and do not approve of it.
Jesus, in fact, is diametrically opposed to religious rituals that supposedly honor Him but in reality are rooted in the worship of false gods. He makes clear the difference between pleasing God and pleasing men: "Well did Isaiah prophesy of you hypocrites, as it is written: 'This people honors Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men . . . All too well you reject the commandment of God, that you may keep your tradition'" (Mark 7:6-9).
Easter is a tradition of men, not a commandment of God. But it's more than that. It is a pagan tradition of men that, like other traditions involved in the worship of false gods, is abhorrent to the true God. Jesus and His apostles would never sanction its observance because it mingles paganism with supposedly Christian symbolism and ritual. It is rooted in ancient pre-Christian fertility rites that have nothing to do with Jesus.
In reality, most of the trappings associated with Easter reveal that the holiday is actually a fraud pawned off on unsuspecting and well-intentioned people. God wants us to worship in spirit and truth (John 4:23-24), not to recycle ancient customs used to worship other gods.
Even the timing of the events used to justify celebrating Jesus' resurrection on a Sunday morning—that He was crucified on the afternoon of Good Friday and resurrected before dawn on Sunday morning—are demonstrably false, as an examination of the Scriptures shows.
For those who want concrete proof that He was indeed the Messiah and Savior of mankind, Jesus made a promise: "An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth" (Matthew 12:39-40).
Try as somemight, there is no way to calculate three days and three nights from late Friday afternoon to Sunday morning before daylight. At most, this amounts to barely more than a day and a half. Either Jesus was mistaken, or those who say He was crucified on a Friday and resurrected on a Sunday are mistaken. You can't have it both ways.
Jesus' instructions remain consistent
If Jesus walked the dusty roads of Galilee today, would He celebrate Easter? Certainly not. But He would be consistent because He does not change (Hebrews 13:8). For instance, He would keep the annual Passover in the same manner as He instructed His followers to keep it (1 Corinthians 11:23-26; John 13:15-17). And Jesus would observe the Days of Unleavened Bread in the way He inspired Paul to instruct early Christians (1 Corinthians 5:6-8).
Anyone who wants to be right with God, who wants to be a true disciple of Christ, the Master Teacher, will carefully examine his beliefs and practices to see whether they agree with the Bible. Such a person will not try to honor God with ancient idolatrous practices, violating His explicit commands (Deuteronomy 12:29-32; 2 Corinthians 6:14-18; 7:1). Easter, as we have seen, is filled with idolatrous trappings.
Simply claiming that something is Christian or is done to honor God doesn't make it acceptable to God. Easter doesn't represent a resurrected Jesus Christ. Rather—difficult as it may be to admit—it merely continues the practices pagans followed thousands of years ago to honor their nonexistent gods. If we are to escape the calamities prophesied to come on those who place the ways of this world ahead of God, then we must repent of following traditions that dishonor Him (Revelation 18:1-5).
God wants us to honor and obey Him according to His instructions in His Word. Then He can use us to represent His holy Son, our Savior and the Messiah, who will return to the earth. No greater calling can be extended to human beings. May you have the heart to seek understanding and God's perfect will! GN

I have said this publicly for years now that the laws of supply and demand do not work when monopolies are involved. The press conference from Exxon to market analyst the other day absolutely proved me correct when Exxon's Chairman Rex Tillerson announced that Exxon will not increase production past the year 2012 because to do so would cut into their profits! That is what the man said! "We don't start with a volume target and then work backwards," Tillerson explained. Instead, he said, his team examines the available investment opportunities, figures out what prices they'll likely get for that output down the road, and places their bets accordingly. "It really goes back to what is an acceptable investment return for us," Tillerson said. In other words, producing incremental barrels just to ease prices for consumers is not part of the company's calculations. Last year, ExxonMobil led the industry with a return on capital of 32%.

God's Seasonal Plan
Happy New Year!
No, I haven't lost my calendar and I do know what day this is on the Roman calendar that we follow. Many, if not most do not know it, but today is the beginning of the new year in God's calendar. The year starts in the spring and is comprised up of 12 30 day months. Almost no one understands this fact. The Jewish calendar for example follows a lunar/solar year of only 354 days per year. Every three years they add a 13th month. Sounds nice, but it is not Biblical. They also start their day in the evening. They got this idea of evening days while in Babylon during their captivity, just like our day starts at midnight. We get this day from the pagan Romans. God's day starts in the morning dawn. The easy proof to that is in the first chapter of Genesis. The first day came, then evening, then morning which is called the end of the first day, the second was starting.
The Bible clearly shows us that the year is exactly 12 thirty day months or 360 days. Of course we know that the year is 365 1/4 days long. What about those 5 1/4 days? Well that's an easy fix. Although God has 12 thirty day months, He also uses the spring equinox to "fix" the date of each new year. He simply has 5-1/4 NO days a year! The last five days are simply not counted. Why is this? The answer is Noah and the flood. Originally, the earth took exactly 360 days to encircle the sun. The moon also to exactly 30 days to circle the earth (today it is 29 days and some hours long). After the flood, the earth slowed on its axis (maybe the weight of the water that fell to earth and filled the oceans, and the earth slowed and so did the moon's circling of the earth. The calendar went of kilter and mankind everywhere has been trying to "fix" the calendar. There is no perfect calendar today and that is proof of the flood.
How do we know that the Jews are wrong about adding a 13th month every three years? Simple read in Revelation chapters 12 and 13. Look it up for yourself. Get out a good dictionary and look up what I am going to say. It will agree with me. The witnesses and the beast reign for 42 months or 3 1/2 years or 1260 days. Check that out. That is 42 thirty day months! It is three and one half years and according to the Jews, there should be 43 months in this time frame because they add a 13th month every three years! If you believe in the Bible and read what it says,and not what people tell you it says, God's plan becomes VERY clear! God explains everything! You don't need some holy sky-pilot to tell you what "is" is.
God's yearly calendar sums up the entire plan of God and his salvation! These are the Holy days
1)The year starts in the spring when new life is resurrected from the winter "sleep". Just like we will be resurrected from our sleep.
2) Passover/Feast of Unleavened bread. Christ is our Passover. He died for our sins, as the Passover Sheep did before. The unleavened bread represents Jesus' body. Leavening symbolizes sin, no leavening (yeast) means Jesus was sinless. Passover Wine is His blood. Christ's Last Supper was a Passover Meal! We are to observe the Passover! (Paul: 1Cr 5:8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened [bread] of sincerity and truth.)
3) Feast of FirstFruits. This happens on the 8th day of Passover. Many arguments claim it is the third day of Passover and that is why many churches teach that this day became Easter. I don't think it did, but that is for a different time.
4) Pentecost. In the Old Testament, called Feast of Weeks. It is 7 full weeks AFTER First fruits. Pentecost is when the Holy Spirit filled the church. It is the birthday of the new church in Christ. All Churches still follow this Holy Day, but don't agree on the correct date.
5) Feast of Trumpets. This is the first day of the seventh month. Trumpet blast symbolizes air raid warning horns! They are to warn the people of trouble. This date symbolizes the mission of the church to sound a warning to the world of the coming great tribulation.
6) Day of Atonement (probably the real date of Christ's human birth). This is September 25th and 26th. It is a holiday that falls on two days. (like Christmas eve and day). This symbolizes Christ forgiving our sins as he readies for his return to earth!
7) The Feast of Tabernacles. Last one full week. It is the most joyful Holiday of God's year. Everyone is to sleep in tents (tabernacles) and not in their homes to symbolize that our bodies our just tents. They are not permanent. This week symbolizes the millennium under Christ. (Revelation 20:4)
8) The Last great day! The 8th day of the feast. The symbolism is clear. This is the day that God the Father comes to earth to live with us! Heaven is on earth. (Revel 21:3)
9) The 24 Hour day. God's complete plan symbolized in 24 hours. Dawn, the world began. Twilight is the end of our days. Night symbolizes our death, when we fall asleep waiting for the resurrection of the dead. The next day at dawn is our resurrection.
10) The weekly Sabbath. The week is also a symbol for the plan of God. Man's reign is 6,000 years (One day for God equals 1,000 years to us). We are in this time now. The seventh day is the 1,000 year reign of Christ.
Do you see how simple the Bible is to understand when we get rid of man's holidays, and replace them with God's? Every day I mentioned above is found in YOUR Bible. We are commanded to follow them. Christmas, Easter, Sunday and a host of other holidays that we follow today are never mentioned in the Bible. Think it over. Use the mind that God gave you and think. Think for yourselves and God will teach you the Plain Truth.

J.C. Bell, an agricultural researcher and CEO of Bell Bio-Energy, Inc., says he's isolated and modified specific bacteria that will, on a very large scale, naturally change plant material – including the leftover from food – into hydrocarbons to fuel cars and trucks.
"What we're doing is taking the trash like corn stalks, corn husks, corn cobs – even grass from the yard that goes to dump – that's what we can turn into oil," Bell told WND. "I'm not going to make asphalt, we're only going to make the things we need. We're going to make gasoline for driving, diesel for our big trucks."

Gasoline price spike has only just begun
The national average retail price for gas has risen about 30 cents in the past month to $3.279 a gallon, exceeding the all-time high set last year, according to the motorist organization AAA.
And experts say motorists should prepare to pay nearly $4 a gallon - and in some places even more than that - before the price of gas finally comes down in the late spring as high prices crimp demand.
The price of gasoline usually increases this time of year. Several factors contribute to the runup: Low refinery output due to maintenance, a switch from winter to pricier summer blends, and the looming high-demand summer driving season.
Experts say this time around the spike will be more pronounced, mostly due to the surging price of oil and, to a lesser extent, refiner's attempts to grow their profit margins.
"It's all crude," said Tom Kloza, chief oil analyst at Oil Price Information Service. "The crude market is morbidly obese."

"When I want to know what the temperature in this room is going to be an hour or two from now I don't consult the thermometer on the wall. I go to the boiler room and see what is going on down there. I go to the factor that CAUSES the future temperature. You men were looking at bank clearings, retail sales, wholesale indexes, stock car loadings and trends--the thermometers on the wall." But Mr. Babson said he had learned that when 51 percent or more of the people were righteous in their dealings with one another, prosperity was just ahead. But when 51 percent or more of the people were unrighteous in their dealings, economic depression was coming.

In January, 1914, I was in the editorial department of a national magazine--the nation's largest trade journal. I was assigned to cover the story of the very beginning of the conveyer-belt assembly-line mass-production system at the Ford Motor Company plant in Detroit. Ford initiated this system of mass machine production. At that time only the U.S. provided a mass market for such mass production.
Soon other auto companies followed suit, and then virtually all American production in other lines. This swelled profits enormously for capital and management. But labor unionism immediately engaged in a crusade of strikes to raise wages. Also labor leaders adopted the false philosophy of "GET" instead of cooperation and sharing. Labor union wars ensued, like the Herrin, Illinois, coal mine massacre, in which more than 20 were murdered and many injured. Labor turned to the attitude that the employer was the enemy--slow down your work, give as little as you can get away with, then fight with the weapon of the strike to increase wages and lower hours of work.
Result? The quality of industrial production diminished.
Meanwhile a burgeoning affluent middle class--also motivated by the way of "get"--developed in the United States. Before World War II the United States had mounted to a position of wealth and power such as no nation ever possessed.
God had blessed us with the natural resources. Selfishness and greed on the part of both management and labor temporarily increased our prosperity. But those very evils are now bringing this country DOWN!
As late as 1969, the American wage was three times that of England and four times that of Japan.
Meanwhile, the Common Market (EEC) in Europe gave that continent a mass market for mass machine production--AT LOW-COST LABOR. Even with machine production, labor had to direct the machines and remained the largest item of cost in production. Development of modern transportation gave Japan a mass market--in fact, a world market. Now Europe and Japan compete with mass production and LOW-cost labor against the U.S. with its high-cost labor. Not only that, but both in Japan and West Germany, labor is patriotic, regarding conscientious work as a duty to their country. Result, Japan and West Germany export to the U.S., underselling U.S. competition with better quality merchandise.
In 1970 Prime Minister Sato of Japan told me he foresaw and feared a real trade war with the U.S., and hoped it would not happen. It is HERE! Japan has figuratively bombed and almost destroyed Detroit. I am leaving Monday on a Far East trip, and expect to discuss this situation with Prime Minister Nakasone in Tokyo. He just departed from talks with President Reagan in Washington yesterday--apparently with no good results for the U.S.

Two thousand years after Jesus walked the Earth, Christians are at war with each other concerning – as strange as it may sound – a day of the week mentioned in the Ten Commandments.
The issue boils down to: "When is God's Sabbath?" In other words, what is His holy day of rest?
Most Christians today think it's Sunday, when the majority of churches hold services.
But others confidently say it's Saturday, calling Sunday worship "the most flagrant error of mainstream Christianity," believing Sunday-keepers are victims of clever deception.
Some high-profile evangelical pastors such as California's Greg Laurie say it's simply "wrong to set Saturday apart as a special day for worship."
Today, some high-school sports teams refuse to play in state tournaments for the sole reason the events are held on Saturday – what they say is God's Sabbath.

The Bible clearly shows that the King of the North will be Central Europe, unified by a religious leader, probably an apostate Pope in Rome. Why did the Plain Truth know about Obama's Church THREE MONTHS AGO!
But Fox and ABC only reports it today!

We have liars in this country. No, I am not talking about the Clinton's, Or Obama and George Bush. I am talking about the media, including the so-called "conservative" media. I guess Bill O'Reilly and Rush Limbaugh just learned about the Church and pastor that Barak Obama has been attending and listening to for over 20 years now. It is ironic that this news only comes out after John McCain won the nomination. Shouldn't the voters who voted for Mr. Obama have had this information before their primaries? Don't you think that many voters armed with this information may not have voted for Obama? Doesn’t the voters have the right to expect full discloser from the press about what they know to be true? I am convinced that many people would have voted differently if this information was blasted across the airways back in October, November and December when everyone should have been hearing this. The one exception to this list in the media I will admit was Sean Hannity. To his credit, Mr. Hannity has exposed this on both his TV and radio shows. Nobody else, however thought of mentioning this until today (except on the Plain Truth).
Does anyone think that this man, who attends a racist church and whose wife is only now proud of America because her husband may be the next President! It is impossible. Unless God has the planned destruction of the United States to occur in the next twoyears, which I doubt, it seems obvious to me that the media (left and right) are in totally are in agreement.... And that is John McCain needs to be President! I think that is what we are seeing. Unless Hillary pulls off the greatest comeback in history (something I STILL PREDICT she may do) it appears that the media is really for John McCain and not Barak Obama! As I pointed out last week, even the ultra-leftist Der Spiegel, the German newspaper has warned how bad the world would become if Obama won the Presidency! Is it that much of a surprise that the media wants McCain to win? Why shouldn't they be, after all he truly symbolizes about everything that the elite media is all about. He has been the media darling for years, hasn't he? Heck, even Lorne Michaels of Saturday Night Live has admitted that he is pulling for McCain!
I guess the surprise to most of us is just how willing the liberal media has been to try and throw Hillary away. I guess this says something about the Clinton years that haven’t been admitted to by the leftist yet. This is that liberals truly hated the Clinton years! After all, does anyone think that there is one conservative that really hated the Reagan Years and if Ronald Reagan was resurrected from the dead, that he wouldn’t have had any problem winning the nomination? Bill Clinton today couldn't win a mayoral contest anywhere. I guess that says allot about what his supporters really thought about him after all.
Where is this going to go? I predict that if Hillary can eek out the nomination, she will beat McCain. The huge mass of liberal idiots out there will come back to vote for her mindlessly, while many principled conservatives will stay home. If Barak gets the nod, he will go done in defeat ala George McGovern and McCain will easily win the vote in a landslide!

I made this prediction on RaceRap.Com, our sister site several weeks ago, as well as to my family and friends. I don't think many believed me because of the subject matter. The subject Oprah and her support of Barak Obama. I predicted that her endorsement would backfire and that voters would see this move for what it was. A black person supporting a black candidate only because he is black. That is the Plain Truth folks, and many angry e-mails being sent to Oprah agree with my contention. Even blacks are angered at Oprah in these e-mails and some are suggesting that Obama lost the New Hampshire because of the Oprah endorsement! I stated that this would happen the day after her endorsement on RaceRap!
Oprah Winfrey has made billions convincing WHITE America that she is color blind. She has the major media helping her make this imagine as a black woman, who cares about everyone regardless of color. It is just a fairy tale and most are just too afraid to expose it. Unlike Bill Cosby or Morgan Freeman who are "the real deal" Oprah is a carefully marketed "brand" invented with a bunch of hype and a dash of lies. Here are some exerpts from Salon.Com:
By continuing to hawk "The Secret," a mishmash of offensive self-help cliches, Oprah Winfrey is squandering her goodwill and influence, and preaching to the world that mammon is queen.

Why "venality"? Because, with survivors of Auschwitz still alive, Oprah writes this about "The Secret" on her Web site, "the energy you put into the world -- both good and bad -- is exactly what comes back to you. This means you create the circumstances of your life with the choices you make every day." "Venality," because Oprah, in the age of AIDS, is advertising a book that says, "You cannot 'catch' anything unless you think you can, and thinking you can is inviting it to you with your thought." "Venality," because Oprah, from a studio within walking distance of Chicago's notorious Cabrini Green Projects, pitches a book that says, "The only reason any person does not have enough money is because they are blocking money from coming to them with their thoughts."

Oprah has areputation for doing good -- she probably has more perceived moral authority than anyone in this country -- and she has done a lot of good. It is clear to me and any other honest person that Oprah Winfrey is the loser with her endoresement of Barak Obama, and she should be. She is not the person the media has made her out to be. She is Al Sharpton-but smarter
On the other hand black stars like Bill Cosby and Morgan Freeman are doing more to help sooth racial tensions in American than a thousand Oprah's could every do. They are geniune. They understand to rid America of bigotry all races must stop their "hiddden agenda's" and become just people. Morgan Freeman summed this up the best when he said, "I don't want to be thought of as the best black actor in America, I want to be thought of as a great actor." Color has nothing to do with it. Shamefully, Oprah is not what she claims to be.

HYPOCRISY, THE PRESS and BARAK!

Once again it seems we have stumbled across some more hypocrisy in media land. Can you imagine John McCain, or even John Kerry for that matter belonging to an all White Church dedicated to the advancement of white people and the European continent? Doing a Google search I found what purports to be Barrack Obama's Church. Snopes.Com agrees that it is his church and here is some of the beliefs that his church holds. The website starts off with "We are a congregation which is Unashamedly Black and Unapologetically Christian... Our roots in the Black religious experience and tradition are deep, lasting and permanent. We are an African people, and remain "true to our native land," Other tenants that the website promotes about itself are:
A congregation with a non-negotiable COMMITMENT TO AFRICA.
A congregation committed to the HISTORICAL EDUCATION OF AFRICAN PEOPLE IN DIASPORA. (making themselves out to be like Jews)
A congregation committed to LIBERATION.
A congregation committed to RESTORATION.
The church has some commendable themes as well. For example they are Unapologetically Christian committed to Salvation (hopefully for non-blacks as well) but my mine theme here is that no White person, not even Hillary or Al Gore could belong to a church that preached "white" values.
Again, our news media has dropped the ball in exposing just what some people believe. They have no problem ridiculing what Mike Huckabee believes in, so theology is on the table! It is only Obama's faith that isn't questioned. I think that membership in this Church is not proper for a US Senator, not to mention a US President. Recently, we exposed what Mormons really believe in a story about Mitt Romney, it is only fair to do the same for Barak Obama

Parents may be jailed over vaccinations
LONDON - As doctors struggle to eradicate polio worldwide, one of their biggest problems is persuading parents to vaccinate their children. In Belgium, authorities are resorting to an extreme measure: prison sentences.
Two sets of parents in Belgium were recently handed five month prison terms for failing to vaccinate their children against polio. Each parent was also fined 4,100 euros ($8,000).
"It's a pretty extraordinary case," said Dr. Ross Upshur, director of the Joint Centre for Bioethics at the University of Toronto.
"The Belgians have a right to take some action against the parents, given the seriousness of polio, but the question is, is a prison sentence disproportionate?"
The parents can still avoid prison — their sentences were delayed to give them a chance to vaccinate their children. But if that deadline also passes without their children receiving the injections, the parents could be put behind bars.
Because of privacy laws, Belgian officials would not talk specifically about the case, such as why the parents refused the vaccine or how much longer they have to vaccinate their children.

A record number of people in Germany were injured in right-wing extremist attacks in 2007, according to former German government spokesman Uwe-Karsten Heye.
Heye, a co-founder of Gesicht Zeigen!, an organization working against right-wing violence, said in Berlin on Monday that 2007 was a new "negative record" year, with some 600 injuries attributed to racist attacks. Since German reunification in 1990, Heye said 130 asylum seekers, immigrants, and homeless people have been killed in such crimes by right-wing extremists.

Is some nitwit just making ghastly and inappropriate decisions about search suggestions?
Or is the whole multi-gazillion-dollar business running on auto-pilot?
Those were some of the questions going through the minds of the search giant's users today as they discovered a query for "Yiddish" images suggested "Also try zyklon b" – the insidious gas used to kill Jews in Nazi death camps.
Spokesmen for Google were not available in response to calls and e-mails from WND.
But the latest outrage from Google has some Internet users wondering what's up with a disturbing pattern of anti-Jewish and anti-Israeli policies.

Israeli town is suing Google after surprised municipal officials discovered Google Earth, the popular, user-driven satellite map, labels their city as stolen Palestinian land.

NEW YORK (AP) - The cost of filling up the family car climbed to a record high Tuesday, adding to the challenges consumers already face with falling home values and rising food prices.
Gas prices at the pump rose overnight to a record national average of $3.2272 a gallon, according to AAA and the Oil Price Information Service. That's a tad higher than the previous record of $3.2265, set last May.
Soaring gas prices worsen the financial plight of consumers already suffering through a downturn in the housing market that has sharply reduced home prices in many markets and limited Americans' ability to tap home equity for spending. Food prices are also on the rise, partly due to rising fuel costs.
"I used to think three bucks a gallon was all I'd pay, but I keep filling up," said Joe Gowans while gassing his Acura SUV in San Francisco one recent afternoon. "You have to use it."
A year ago, rising demand and a string of refinery outages had raised concerns about supplies. Now, the record price of crude oil is the culprit, propelling gas higher although supplies are at 15-year highs.
On Tuesday, light sweet crude for April delivery surged to a new trading record of $109.72 on the New York Mercantile Exchange before retreating after the Energy Department and International Energy Agency cut crude consumption forecasts for this year. Futures settled 85 cents higher at $108.75 a barrel, a new record.
