Teenage drinking: Can sips at home prevent binges?
As I reported before Click Here for Previous Story......... The teenage drinking problem that we face today is one of proper home based education on HOW to drink, rather than drinking age limits. Now another story has surfaced in Europe that teaching children and young adults how to drink responsibly, helps prevent drinking problems in later life. America today leaves everything up to the schools instead of training our children at home. Hopefully you will read the following report to see that Americans need to go back to the basics on child rearing.
