Video Report. (CNSNews.com) - People in China affiliated with the communist government there hacked into computers in the offices of both Rep. Chris Smith (R-N.J.) and Rep. Frank Wolf (R-Va.), apparently in search of information about Chinese dissidents, according to the congressmen, who spoke with Cybercast News Service last week.

While the matter is under federal investigation, the hackings took place in late 2006 and early 2007, and "top IT" people alerted him about the security breach, Smith said. Smith is a senior Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and often speaks out about communist China's human rights abuses.
