We've Got Morons on Our Team
It's Time to Talk to SyriaNote By Robert R. Barney:
The following link concerns what America should do concerning Syria and in this humble writer's opinion it has more to do with bolster Obama's position on talking with Iran than seriously thinking that opening a dialog with Syria is going to willingly help in the Middle East region. Look who the authors are and one can readily figure out the politics of the piece of nonsense! John Kerry, loser and bitter politician that didn't have the ability to beat one of the most unpopular presidents in history. The Plain Truth is that all Muslim countries are committed to the destruction of Israel and the United States "talking" to any of them is as useless as you know what on a bull! In talking, if one means to openly discuss concerns with countries, then I am all for it. If by talking, we mean to assist putting forward peace to the middle east by bringing the sides together, then we are just fooling ourselves. If and only if the United States remains a total super power with the ability to annihilate any enemy at any time can a message of "peace" be delivered. Teddy Roosevelt was right. "Talk softly, but carry a BIG stick."
The United States must carry the big stick and force peace, wherever we can. If we can't force peace, then we need to get out or totally destroy the enemy, as we did in World War II. American leaders could have talked with Hitler and the Japanese militarist and the only result would have been millions more killed. God says that there will never be peace in the middle east until HE returns. I choose to believe HIM.
President Bush's efforts to bring stability to the region has failed miserably, but what is even more unfortunate is that those who want to lead us, those who ridicule Bush the most don't have a better plan, truthfully, they probably have even a worse plan.

After Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1991, President George H.W. Bush did the improbable and convinced Syrian President Hafez Assad to join an American-led coalition against a fellow Baathist regime. MORE
